Metallica returns to the stage with Encore Live and Grayscale Marketing.

Metallica will return to the stage with a new concert filmed for their Encore Drive-In Nights series, and SiriusXM listeners will get a chance to see the world premiere of the movie as part of SiriusXM & Pandora Present: A Metallica Drive-In Concert Movie Premiere.

The concert will be Metallica’s first show in nearly a year, filmed exclusively for this event and featuring a full set of material from throughout their near four-decade career. Mixed and edited by the band’s award-winning production team, the film will provide Metallica fans with an intimate, unique, and truly memorable concert experience.

To experience the exclusive and can’t-miss August 29 screening at a drive-in theater near you, find your participating location and grab your tickets HERE.

The drive-in movie event will be safe and socially distanced as drive-in theaters hosting the concert will adhere to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) recommended guidelines, as well as all state and local health mandates. Staff will wear personal protective equipment and enforce at least six feet of space between cars. The series will also use contactless payment and ticketing systems and limit capacity in restrooms. Guidelines around concessions will be enforced to abide by individual state regulations.

This concert is the third in the drive-in concert series following Garth Brooks and Blake Shelton featuring Gwen Stefani and Trace Adkins.
